Outerwear lost the plot. We picked it back up.

Almost every winter coat on the shelf is filled with plastic; polyester, nylon, synthetic down alternatives, sealed inside a synthetic shell. It works, and it is inexpensive to make. It is also the one category that never caught up to how carefully families now choose everything else.

Mill & Acre is made entirely from natural-fiber insulation. The shell is cotton. The batting is cotton. The lining is cotton. Warmth comes from the material, not from a petroleum fill.

natural-fiber, inside and out

No synthetics. Ever. From shell to lining.

Breathable warmth; no overheating

Cotton batting traps warmth in still air and lets excess heat and moisture escape.

Soft on sensitive skin

Stays soft against the skin, wash after wash.

You already read the label on everything else.

The food, the detergent, the crib sheets, the lotion. Outerwear was the gap. Now there's a coat that meets the standard you already set.

Cotton-insulated garments kept people warm across the coldest places on earth for more than five hundred years, long before synthetics existed. We are simply bringing that standard back.

Made for children first. Made to last.
